OpenELIS Web Portal accounts can be used to retrieve an organization's test results in both PDF and spreadsheet formats in real time. The status of each test on a sample can be viewed. Users can sign up for email notifications whenever a sample is received and its sample information has been verified, and/or when its test results are available.

OpenELIS Web Portal accounts are not for patients or private homeowners. Patients need to obtain their test results from their medical facility/provider. Private homeowners will receive their test results through U.S. mail.
