“Identification of Bioterrorism Agents: Wet Workshop” will be offered March 7 and again on March 8 at the Hygienic Laboratory in Coralville.

Guided by SHL staff, participants will use inactive specimens to identify highly infectious diseases and “select agents,” which are toxins and biological substances that have the potential to pose a severe threat to public health and safety.

Continuing education credits will be offered for clinical laboratorians based on seven contact hours.
