Follow signage from Crosspark Road into the State Hygienic Lab lot. Park in the Visitor Parking on the east side of the building. Look for the ‘Sample Receiving’ door on the east side of the building (do not go to the Visitor Entrance at the corner of the building). You may take samples to the sample receiving window during business hours. There is also a drop slot on the exterior of the building for sample drop-off 24 hours per day.
Ankeny
2220 S. Ankeny Blvd, Ankeny, IA 50023

- From Oralabor Rd, turn right into the South DMACC entrance.
- Take the 2nd left once you turn into the DMACC campus.
- Stay to the right. You will see the parking lot in front of you when you come around the bend. Stay to the right to go around the back of the bldg.
- Go through a horizontal sliding gate. It will be open.
- Drive back into the inside corner of the building and look for the solid metal door with signs that say ‘Test Iowa HERE’. This is the entrance to pick up and drop off kits.
Milford

Enter into the Iowa Lakeside Laboratory stone pillar gate. Follow the frontage road to the South, around a curve, to a circle drive. The State Hygienic Lab is located within the Waitt Building on the circle drive.
